Locally produced, farm assured, freshly prepared by our butchers, beef topside roasting joints – price is per kg.
Affordable, flavoursome, well hung topside from the inner thigh, boned and rolled.
Ideally suited to pot roasting in red wine or stock, rest for 30 minutes after cooking and slice thinly to enjoy it at its most tender.
