Simply pan fry, boil, tray bake, or BBQ. Excellent to finish off a home-made paella or a Seafood risotto.
We like ours on the BBQ for 3 minutes and eat the tail meat like sweets, the kids love them... Treat yourselves and have a go this Summer!
