Fished in the North Sea for hundreds of years this beautiful fish is instantly recognisable due to the orange spots which stand out on its back! Caught by our own vessels in the cool cold waters of the North Sea.
Its subtle sweet taste it is beautiful when roasted with Cherry Tomatoes, Onions and Bay Leaves.
