Locally produced Farm Assured 8oz leg steaks available either plain or with a mint glaze.
This and flavoursome, quick cook slices from the leg. With a little ring of delicate marrow bone for added character, they are gorgeous browned and then roasted with sweet potato, onion and fresh rosemary.
